Pool Equipment

• Filtration Systems: These are systems that filter particles and dirt to ensure that pool water remains constantly clean and clear. Sand filters, cartridge filters and diatomaceous earth filters are the most commonly used systems.
• Pumps: These are devices that support the efficient operation of filtration systems by circulating water. A pump with the right capacity should be selected according to the size of the pool and the intensity of use.
• Cleaning Equipment: Vacuum cleaners, automatic pool robots and manual cleaning tools are used to clean the dirt accumulated on the pool floor and walls.
• Disinfection Systems: Equipment such as chlorine generators, ozone generators and UV disinfection systems are used to protect the microbiological quality of the water.
• Lighting and Safety Equipment: Underwater lighting that increases the aesthetics of the pool, non-slip floor coverings and safety barriers are important for user comfort and safety.

Pool Chemicals

• Chlorine Products: These are the most common chemicals used for water disinfection. They are available in powder, tablet or liquid form. Chlorine prevents bacteria and algae formation, keeping the water clean.
• pH Regulators: Used to keep the pH level of the pool water in the ideal range. High pH can cause skin and eye irritation, while low pH can cause corrosion of metal parts.
• Algaecide: These are chemicals used to prevent algae formation and destroy existing algae. Regular use prevents pool water from turning green and slippery surfaces.
• Collectors and Polishers: They are substances that bring together fine particles suspended in water, facilitate their filtration and increase the clarity of the water.
• Limescale and Metal Inhibitors: They bind limescale and metal ions that may accumulate in water, preventing staining and sediment formation.
